WHY SOMETIMES THE INDICATOR LIGHT GLOW RED？

  • If too much food is loaded, the blade may get stuck at startup and not work. This will be accompanied by flashing red lights, as if the power is failing. Please remove some food and continue working. You will find that the indicator will turn blue and work smoothly.
  • When the chopper at low battery, the red light will stay on for 10 seconds. And when charging, the red light will continuously shine until fullly charged it will turns into blue.

Can it be clean into the dishwasher?

The glass bowl(300ml capacity) can be cleaned into dishwasher. But the plastic bowl(250ml and 100ml capacity) better not clean in dishwasher, and the electric portion of the device also can not be clean in the dishwasher.
