Delivery Time

We value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. After receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you want to wait for the product to be listed or refund.

All products are processed within two days (except weekends), and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping duration (origin to destination) reflects similar time frame quoted by all shipping carriers we use. Delivery time usually vary depending on the weather conditions or your location.

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We will calculate your expedited freight based on the following factors: destination, size and weight.
